SUMMARY
- This week was fun.and I got all my work done by thursday and friday and had a free weekend. I learned so much in one day it was really nice to take in all the information and be able to put it to use.

- In the video I learned that we are holding so much stuff in are heads that it is almost impossible to get things done. We need to have a clear mind on that one thing and make a list so we do not forget what to do like call are friend a say happy birth day. because we have so much stuff going on in our head it is hard to process and remember the small things.

OUTSIDE (PRODUCTIVITY & THE BRAIN)
- Go for a 15-minute walk, if it is safe to do so and follow the advice from David Allen
- Bring a notepad
- Walk and relax and allow your mind to wander
- If you land on something that needs your attention, write it down
- Continue throughout your walk

WHAT I LEARNED and PROBLEMS I SOLVED
- I learned that to get things done you need to have a clear mind and only work on what your doing in the moment. also that if you do your best and buckle down and have a goal you can get a lot of work done on that day.
- I solved the problem of saying i’ll do it. later and I do not argue with my parents as much anymore
